OMAX3 Ultra-Pure Omega 3 Supplement
Fish oil tablets are considered of prime importance in my household. The dogs get Wild Salmon Oil and I have been taking fish oil tablets for years. Some brands do leave a fishy “belch” afterwards, some do not. However, I had never done research on brands or purity as it did not occur to me. When OMAX3 sent a package of 60 softgels, I popped two in my mouth every night for two weeks. There was no aftertaste. Since it is truly impossible to tell one vitamin supplement from another, I had to go to the Web to research!

Do I get enough omega-3s from my diet?
Probably not. Two omega-3 essential fatty acids called EPA and DHA are found in fish and have been shown to promote a healthy heart.
According to a study by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, only 25% of the US population gets any EPA or DHA from their daily diet.
From the studies that seem to have been done, this looks like a quality product. It makes sense to me that most fish oil caps would have some impurities as the fish we get them from are contaminated today, not like earlier times. As I pop a pill into my mouth, I have to say I like that there is no aftertaste and I suggest that our readers do the research when they DO buy a supplement. I didn’t even give it a thought before, I just bought whatever was in the grocery store!

I turned on my TV this morning and watched commercial for Omax 3. I haven’t been taking my Crestor for months now because I believe it’s the cause of my leg pain and weakness. I’m going to buy Omax3 and take it religiously. I say religiously because so many times I buy an otc item and it sits in my cabinet until expiration date only to get thrown away. I’m really depending on this to not only lowere my cholesterol but to see if my leg pain and weakness improves. If so, I’ll be sharing my experience with my sister for one who has the same problem and with my friends. I’m really expecting a positive solution to my problem.

I have taken Crestor for years and now the DR wants to increase the 20mg to 40mg, I made an appointment so that i can discuss an alternative and natural way to lower my cholesterol. Nordic Natural omega-3 is the brand i purchase at a Campbell Nutrition store. Can you tell me if taking omax3 helped you?
