Ashley Tisdale, on the cover of Zooey Magazine’s May 2011 cover, loves it! At $17.00 for eye makeup (Eye Candy) that sports names (and colors) that are totally wowable (I chose Golden Cinnamon eye shadow), these mineral colors zap your eyes into a new existence.  And they don’t sting!
Krissy Ferro, founder of Ferro Cosmetics, came up with a smart and sassy solution to mineral makeup.  Not only are the colors tantalizing and sheer, Ferro Cosmetics, Inc. demands 100% minerals in their product line.  Minerals that are 100% crushed purified rock, producing a HEALTHY glow (*and a healthy product for your skin) that last 12 hours or longer on your face.  I loved their website – I could order my products by skin tone, instead of picking Generic Ivory or Beige.  The website incorporates a section tabbed Beauty Parlor, with tips, questions and answers, and definitive suggestions for the application of all types of mineral makeup.  An online beauty consultant can be accessed for any questions you have.  Each portion of the website is so informative, that even I figured out how to apply specific colors to enhance my face and eyes.  This is the best beauty website I have encountered.
Ferro also offers 3-5 samples of product of your choice in every order.  And you can request more samples if needed.  They also provide the Free Sample Pack for a small shipping and handling fee customized by you with no order required.  I loved this option.  So many times I have bought makeup, brought it home, and it looks terrible.  I have to throw it out and start over, and the CHINK CHINK in my pocket book is NOT appreciated on my budget.  The product that I received based on my skin tone was perfect.
Now, for the Sneak Peak!  The Berrilicious blush that I ordered is a slight pink, with undertones that made my cheeks glow without glaring.  Also, one of the tips the Beauty Parlor offered was to apply the blush BEFORE putting on foundation and I couldn’t believe how natural the glow appeared on my face.  The tips section is wonderful!  Usually I apply a dab of lipstick to my cheek and rub it in, as I hate that red rosy glare that blush sometimes gives.  Not with Ferro!  With Ferro blush I get luminous without leaden.  My cinnamon eye shadow required the lightest touch with my eye shadow brush, and the glitter is suggested, not BANG WHAM bright.  Totally natural!  And it stayed on all day and into the night.
I so enjoyed these two products, wear them daily, and will be ordering that sample pack to see what new goodies I can use from Ferro!

I’m impressed!  And you will be too!  I also loved the prices on this mineral line, which are so reasonable and the quantities are generous in the packages.
