Welcome to the FIRST of (hopefully) many travel posts here on The Review Broads.
All I can say is…it’s about time! I mean we review books, movies, clothing, beauty, technology, food and so many other products and services, but up until today we’ve TOTALLY missed the boat when it comes to telling you about the best (and worst) places to go.
I’ll be starting off on a HIGH NOTE, as the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino, Las Vegas is one of those institutions that has grown with the times…and the times SAY that we want NEW, FRESH and LUXURY for less. The Monte Carlo delivers on all aspects.
From the moment that you arrive and enter the marble floors and crystal chandeliers say luxury, but look around and you’ll see that people are just as comfortable walking through in a tuxedo and cocktail dress as they are in a t-shirt and jeans. The tagline of the Monte Carlo Resort and Casino is “Unpretensiously Luxurious” and they seem to have hit the nail on the head with that one.
From the laid back Diablo’s Cantina to the elegant Andres Restaurant, you’ll find WHATEVER it is that you’re looking for in a Las Vegas experience, without leaving the property. As a matter of fact – I was there for a weekend and NEVER ventured out onto the strip, until I was ready to go to the airport (and had to grab something at CVS next door).
Whether you’re looking for a bargain – (check out the promotions tab for the LATEST deals), or are looking for VIP treatment (with every WHIM taken care of), the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino and the uber elegant Hotel 32 offers it all.
Personally, I’m a HUGE fan of Hotel 32. It’s understated elegance, coupled with incredible technology, Hotel 32 will appeal to both men and women alike. I know that my husband would go ga-ga over the televisions at every turn of the head and the total electronics package that makes everything from a tv in the bathroom mirror to the curtains work. Me? I’m all about the sybaritic bathroom. A (*ahem) girl like me could spend hours and hours soaking and primping and NEVER want to leave.
The next time you’re looking to play a little blackjack or throw some coins in a slot machine and you want the ULTIMATE experience (at a luxe for less price or just a luxe experience), do yourself a favor and check out the classic beauty of the Monte Carlo and Hotel 32 (oh and if you have room in your bag for one more….let me know, I’ll make myself fit).
I was a guest of the Monte Carlo Resort & Casino, although I did pay for my own transportation. I was in no way compensated for this post and all opinions are strictly my own.

Many luxury accommodations are offering the best features and options to guests who want to relax and enjoy. There is no need to go somewhere else when everything that you want is in the hotel you’re staying at. Visiting different places will give the opportunity to find boutique and luxury hotels waiting to be discovered.
