While my grand kids adore plastic building sets at Christmas, I can’t afford to buy ten sets! So, when I received this new Blok Squad building set from Mega Bloks for children five and up at a retail price of under $10, my budget list for Christmas exhaled a huge sigh and a big loud cheer. YIPPEE!
These building blocks create endless amounts of fun for kids from young (5 years old) to 12 (or even older). What kid DOESN’T want to play fireman and rescue trapped civilians in an emergency?
With two vehicles and firefighters, plus a Fire Rescue Pumper Truck and Fire Patrol ATV your kids (and grand kids) can pretend they’re running to a fire to help. I love the fact that the sets can be combined and added on to, making them collectible and allowing them to create super rescue trucks to handle even the LARGEST emergency. They’ll become heroes as their imaginative play allows them to be fire patrol, police, and construction workers.
Great for kids who have outgrown those clumsy blocks, the Blok Squad sets allow them to create intricate and better detailed scenarios. With 190 pieces there’s no limit to what they can accomplish, and at only $9.99 it is within even MY meager budget.
