Everyone tells me I look young (well, I do!).

Part of that is being one of the Review Broads ‘cause we get lotsa good stuff for our facial care from top companies to review and pass on to our readers. But this time, I got a biggie! Rodan + Fields, one of the top anti-aging companies in the field has defined ex-foliation in a pleasurable, fast, at home way that you use once a week to increase your chances with George Clooney! This hand held exfoliator came with EVERYTHING I needed and it is pre-programmed for all your facial areas with a timed automatic screen. Cheeks, forehead, nose, chin, neck and upper forechest areas are ex foliated in a snap. Readers, I am not one to be vain – sometimes I don’t wash my hair, there have been times I sat in bed and didn’t take a shower, I am constantly hiking, and I am a tomboy. But after four weeks of seeing the radiance of complexion that this machine offers, I am IN. Not only that, Rodan and Fields sent me ex-foliator paste that has almost taken off a HUGE sun spot on my right cheek.

3 weeks in – I can see a difference

Steps FOR Use:

1. Start with a clean face
2. Start the applicator and follow the screen directions
3. Finish and close the screen
4. Place cooling gel on face
5. Clean the tip of the applicator with brush included and then rinse in water
6. Change the filter – You will see a layer of white on the filter (dead skin cells)
7. Let the parts dry and replace on the applicator for the next week’s application

I always put on moisturizer after the cooling gel. Your skin will be slightly red – it doesn’t last long. Also, the applicator feels like a tingling vacuum cleaner on your face. Don’t push it at first. I stopped early on all areas until about the third application.

VERY close up at 4 weeks. Not bad for an old broad of almost 65.

There is also an app for your smartphone or iTunes where you can post your picture on the Rodan + Fields app so you can see your improvements by photo! You set your weekly dates for exfoliating and you receive an alert!

Rodan and Fields gets a High 5 for this wonderful handheld exfoliator and it is priced so well that I don’t have to pay the high prices my dermatologist charges – with the same results. I can see the results but remember you have to use the exfoliator at least weekly for a while to see better skin. I am just now, after a month, seeing my skin healthier and more glowing.
