Body Work’s new Life Enhancing Shots for Energy, Sleep, Relaxation, Performance, Sports

RELAXZEN’s Body Works is a new company that has devised a new stratagem for assisting your body in all of its different jobs; sleeping, working, stressing, distressing, relaxing – these new 0 calorie drinks last for several hours using lots of herbal ingredients.  They taste pretty darn good too!  I tried the SLEEP formula since I am an insomniac and have been since I was, well, a baby in the crib!  For five nights in a row, I drank the SLEEP SHOT.  While it is difficult to tell whether a product works or not on just a 5 night preview, I did feel more relaxed.  In my opinion, I cannot say if the SLEEP shot worked, but I did feel more relaxed.

“Body Works is a family of functional shots, combining supplements and a “healthness-on-the-go lifestyle.  Our shots are non-alcoholic, ready to drink and use herbs, amino acids, vitamins and other effective natural ingredients which take your body beyond general nutrition. With a pleasant mixed berry taste, we’ve created formulations with zero calories, no sugar and do not mask our supplements with remedies generally found in other shots.”

I have to admit, I love the idea.  Since I am a diet cola addict, I have been seeking something to take the fizz out of my mouth and insert something, well, more nutritious.  And I liked all the ingredients except for the Energy which contains caffeine.  The Fruitflow ingredient was not clearly defined, but the website states that it is a tomato extract that claims to improve blood circulation.  Also, I do not approve of some of the other “shots” on the market, which contain ingredients I don’t care for.

Relaxzen also received a 2010 award by BevNet for “Best new Shot” and “Best Relaxation Shot.”

I believe the proof is in the pudding, and my readers will have to try these out and decide for themselves.  Testimonials provided on the website gave each shot drink good reviews.  The FDA does not approve supplements.  Some companies provide excellent supplements in my opinion, some do not.  However, from everything I read, and from trying the SLEEP formula for 5 days, I would have to say BodyWorks does provide the ingredients I want in a wellness formula.

I would also like to see a list of ingredients for each shot on the website.  I might have missed that, and I have included a picture including ingredients on their Energy Shot.
