Broad Z: But, what can they do about it?

Broad A: Well, remember that Lipoflavonoid Plus that we were sent? It provides nutritional support to improve circulation in the inner ear – this dietary supplement is a good one. I am a supplement freak and I figure, why not a supplement for the ear – I use lutein for my eyes, and CQ10 and SAMe and…..the list goes on forever (now you know where Alex gets his propensity for ALL THINGS HEALTHY!).

  • Avoiding caffeine or alcohol
  • Managing stress
  • Avoiding exposure to additional loud noises which can aggravate tinnitus further (invest in a good pair of ear plugs).
  • Controlling blood pressure
  • Decreasing salt/sodium intake
  • Take Lipo-Flavonoid, www.lipoflavonoid.com, a nutritional supplement that contains the B complex group of vitamins in a base of lipotropic agents, such as choline, inositol and pantothenic acid, plus vitamin C and bioflavonoids. “Seventy percent of my patients with tinnitus have had some level of success with Lipo-Flavonoid[RL&A2], which provides nutritional support to improve circulation in the inner ear for overall ear health.” The exact formulation of ingredients in Lipo-Flavonoid has been tested numerous times in clinical studies [RL&A3]on humans and the results have demonstrated relief and improvement in the tinnitus, he adds. For those with ringing in the ears, any improvement is a major benefit, since there is no known cure.

  49. I heard about lipoflavinoid plus and I used it for about 6 months. Did like the instructions said and it didn't do not one thing for the ringing in my ears. Terrible ringing in both ears 24/7. ABSOLUTELY NO RESULTS.
