I’m a soup lover, especially when winter rolls around, so you can be sure that when I popped open my can of Tomato Basil High Fiber Soup that the first thing I’d think of is staying warm on a cold Utah day. Don’t worry, you won’t taste any YUCKY fiber in them, they’re smooth, flavorful soups that will fill up everyone from children to seniors. The added fiber is great for your health (and I use it to help keep my weight down, as it fills me up for a longer period of time) and these soups provide 28% of a daily serving.
- Chicken Tuscany
- Creamy Tomato Basil
- Hearty Vegetable and Noodles
- Homestyle Minestrone
You’ll have an easy time finding flavors for your ENTIRE family.
Thank you to My Blog Spark for providing the Flip Video Camera as well as these delicious Progresso High Fiber Soups, so that I wouldn’t be hungry!!!

Willow – a girl after my own heart….
I once ordered a carrot cake from a top of the line bakery and messed around with the frosting so it looked like I had made it. Everyone still comments about what a GREAT carrot cake I make….
