I LOVE coffee. AND I am particular about it. I don’t like the famous S coffee, love the famous E coffee and like my coffee MILD. I don’t want a frappacino, a mochachino or ANY flavoring in my coffee – I like it the way I like it. Period.

So when I received the It’s a New Day Blend from Ponderosa Roasting Company, I first opened the package – and smelled it! The taste is in the smell, for me. Not too bitter, not too tart, nice and mild. The Day Blend is the best blend that I have tasted. And that says a lot for me. I have tried Dunkin’ Donuts (it’s not the same as the store coffee, probably because I have a cheap Mr. Coffee machine that has many moods and some days gets angry and spills over), Colombian coffee (TOO STRONG) and every brand out there. And I have to be honest – It’s a New Day Blend fits me! Potent, but mild, full of flavor but not obnoxious, this little company puts out a GREAT serving of coffee! In fact, I had to check my credit card limits to see if I could afford a year’s worth (oh well, maybe for Christmas? Hint Hint Broad Z!!!) I LOVED IT. And if a picky coffee aficionado like me loves it, I can’t imagine that you won’t! Coffee is an art. And The Ponderosa Roasting Company has come up with the Michelangelo of day blends!
