Willi Smith is my all time favorite designer. I have a closet full of Willi Smith clothes that are tart and tangy. I don’t like wearing that Talbots look at my age – I appreciate fashion that speaks of individuality and taste as well as having a whimsical touch. So when I marched into T.J. MAXX, I was in WilliSmith heaven.
Now this is not to say that I don’t love everything at T.J. MAXX, because I do. But I have a special new gentleman in my life and we are going to reception next week. I wanted to impress him with my sleek, slightly cougar-very elegant look and I spent hours trying on every Willi Smith design that T.J. MAXX offers. Since they carry the entire line, I had a wonderful time, and came home with three lovely offerings that I can’t wait to wear to my event.
I also bought DKNY tights to go with the outfit and LOVED the price. Not only is T.J. MAXX within my rather tight budget, I love designer clothes – at a discount. I simply cannot spend money unless I am getting a bargain – it just goes against the grain in this economy. Just like Broad “Z”, I like to live the good life, and T.J. MAXX is one way that I ensure that I look FABULOUS while keeping within my budget!
I bought a beautiful deep mauve jacket, and a mauve sweater with a mandarin buttoned collar as well as a black classic cowl sweater so that I could mix and match.
Saving over $100 sent me swooning; and the best part was I looked like the Diva in the Mansion – and then some.
Of course, then I HAD TO HAVE shoes and bag to match and off I went on a purchasing spree that STILL allowed me to pay my bills! T.J. MAXX, I love you! I can find every brand I love and don’t tell anyone, but I sneaked a pair of Calvin Klein jeans into the shopping trip – shhhhh! Don’t tell a soul!
