This innovative company sent me two products to review, a 6” Silver Ponytail Wrap and the Red Cullen Crest Hair Hook inspired by “Twilight,” which debuts just in time for the premier of “Breaking Dawn.”
Well, I can tell you that my granddaughter Libby grabbed the Red Cullen Crest Hair Hook immediately and pulled it into her hair within seconds! She is 10 and had NO trouble inserting the clip into her chin length hair. And she wowed us all!
If you have teenagers, this site will delight them! Watch out, because even though their prices are extremely reasonable, you might find yourself ordering every item in the line!
The 6 inch ponytail wrap looked complicated, but was not. We had two “models” try them on. Shari had long hair of one length and the wrap went on easily and as you can see, looked delightful. Hairtwisters also offers charms that hook onto the end of the silver wrap (you MUST check out their website – the charms are very chic as well). Shari loved the look and stated that the wrap went on with great ease. Our other model has long, layered hair and as you can see from the picture, the ends of the layers did fall out of the wrap. Our models felt that the wrap definitely looked better on the one length hair, but on the layered hairstyle, the wrap kept her hair in a ponytail and our model liked that.
Our opinion? I found that these wraps were innovative, comfortable and chic especially for teenagers or career women on the go who love to keep their hair in a professional style. Teenagers will go bananas for the “Twilight” theme and both the crest hair hook and the silver ponytail wrap were well made, easy to put on, and looked great.
