You’ll also find a good solid nutrition program (including daily eating plan and grocery shopping lists) that is easy to follow. Each day’s workouts are mapped out for you and they take only a half hour a day to complete. There’s even a 7-Day quick start routine to get you up and moving right away (nothing like seeing results quickly to keep you motivated).
