Toy Reviews: Playmobil School Gym

Playmobil constantly updates their manufacture of the most creative and imaginary of children’s toys!  The 200 piece Playmobil Gym (part of the School collection) contains soccer balls, basketballs, a first aid kit, scissors for band-aids, a backpack for the little girl figure and a constant array of sports equiment, and two little guys who can balance on the balance beam or challenge their muscles on the rings!  I asked Broad “W”(Wendy) to test this fabulous product with her three little girls, 4, 5 and 6 and she said,”They couldn’t wait as they were busily putting it together!  The super cute little girl and her backpack were a big hit with my girls, and they had her on the balance beam before they had half finished putting the 200 pieces in place.  They walked the figures on the balance beam and shot baskets through the basketball hoops like pros!  I so appreciate that Playmobil creates toys that allow my little girls to play sports – it gives them confidence and self esteem, as well as providing a play arena that I not only trust, but love!  I have to say, we were fighting over the first aid kit!”  Wendy sighed!  “Every time my girls see Playmobil in the store they scream, ‘Mom we WANT it’, and I don’t mind paying for these toys.  The sheer quality and the amazing ability to create a fantasia for my girls make these toys a dream come true!”

We agree, Broad W!  I am putting the entire Playmobil Schoolhouse, coming out this fall, on my Christmas List for my grandkids.  Just from seeing the Gym, I am in LOVE!  I have to admit it!  Playmobil not only keeps MY grandkids entranced for hours and days at a time, but I find myself getting down and playing with the adorable figures as much as they do!  Some of the most joyous times I have had are playing with Playmobil, and creating a lifestyle for my children that integrates fantasy, creativity, imagination and SO MUCH FUN!!!  One of the best toy designs on the market today, the Playmobil team has my vote – and then some!
